The National Honor Roll of State Legislators is comprised of all state legislators who have signed onto the Contract with Women of the USA since 1996. In this era of devolution of many federal responsibilities to the state, the leadership of women state legislators is especially crucial to protect and expand women’s rights. Some Honor Roll Members are no longer serving in their state legislatures but we continue to work with these powerful leaders as they seek to promote women’s equality, empowerment and justice in their new roles.
