The 2007 GlobalPOWER® included five women Members of Parliament, a Minister of Labour, Public Administration and Empowerment, one Assemblywoman from the Ho Municipal Assembly in Ghana and three graduates of the Center’s Foreign Policy Institute for State Legislators. The 2007 GlobalPOWER® met in Washington, DC from May 7 - 11, 2007.
